Hey everyone, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $192,600, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $192,600 on average. It's a a small town city with about 6,703 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
