Commute times in Bee Ridge -how bad?

Hello, We have two kids and The median home value here is around $370,400, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $370,400 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,833 for rent here. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Maple Ridge. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in tech. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Indian.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
