Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 6 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Beech Grove sits at 172.0 per 100K. Homes are going for about $169,500 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
