Considering Beecher vs Portland -help me decide

Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 8,507, Beecher is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..
