First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 25.2%, which is higher than I expected. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
