First time home buyer in Bel Air

Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Minneapolis and You can expect to pay around $1,526 for rent here. Household incomes average around $69,912 in Bel Air. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Old Town area are underrated. Kids love it here.
