Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $297,400, which seems about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Mexican places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
