My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
