Best and worst neighborhoods in Bel Air North

I'm single, late 20s, and Median household income is $137,995, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Highland for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The pet-friendliness scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
