Co-working spaces in Bel Air North?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,599 people. Homes are going for about $422,700 on average. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in Uptown for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Cost of living is very reasonable

- Growing food and restaurant scene

- The cost of living scene is solid

The downsides:

- Nightlife is limited

- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Happy to answer more specific questions..
