Co-working spaces in Bel Air North?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,599 people. Homes are going for about $422,700 on average. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
