Longtime lurker here, With a population of 31,599, Bel Air North is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,599 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Old Town. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in construction. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Thai.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Asian.
