Best neighborhoods to rent in Bel Air South?

So, Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? Cheers. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The community vibe is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Came here for school and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The healthcare is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good airport with direct flights
- The food scene scene is solid

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
