Random thought, I'm a 38-year-old mechanic and Rent is about $1,666/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $384,000 on average. Household incomes average around $120,721 in Bel Air South. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
