Rent in Bel Air South getting crazy
Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $384,000, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,666/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $384,000 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
