Is it worth buying in Belcourt?
Hi all, With a population of 1,739, Belcourt is a small town. Homes are going for about $94,300 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
