Is public transit usable in Belding?

Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 5,949 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is tough in most areas.
