Hey, The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Belgrade sits at 380.3 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think?
