OK so I'm a 28-year-old data analyst and Crime rate is something to consider -Belgrade sits at 380.3 per 100K. The median home value here is around $469,600, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
