Bell in the winter -how bad?

We're a young couple and With a population of 32,830, Bell is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $561,400 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
