I've been here for 15 years and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Bell sits at 469.8 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
