First time home buyer in Bell

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,538 for rent here. With a population of 32,830, Bell is a smaller city. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Bell?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 4 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
