First post here. We have two kids and It's a a smaller city city with about 32,830 people. Poverty rate is 19.3%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 32,830, Bell is a smaller city. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Appreciate any input. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
