Hello, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,538/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $60,641 in Bell. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
