Hello, Been living here since 2013. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $527,900, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
