Hello, Just moved here 7 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Bell Gardens sits at 347.0 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 38,661 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
