Curious what people think. With a population of 30,935, Bella Vista is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Bella Vista sits at 169.4 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
