Pros and cons of Bella Vista after 10 years

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Bella Vista sits at 169.4 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
