Biggest downsides of living in Bella Vista?

First post here. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. Rent is about $862/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in West. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in engineering. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
