Longtime lurker here, I'm a 37-year-old marketing manager and With a population of 3,852, Bellaire is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
