How is the nightlife in Bellaire?

Hey folks, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Bellaire sits at 109.2 per 100K. Poverty rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $236,311 in Bellaire. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Mediterranean places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Springfield. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in retail. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Korean.
