Unpopular opinion about Bellbrook
Curious what people think. Been living here since 2015. You can expect to pay around $1,234 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 7,344 people. The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Growing food scene
- Low crime in most areas
- Good schools
- Good internet infrastructure
Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Lack of diversity
- Poor road conditions
