Hello, I work in healthcare and Homes are going for about $141,100 on average. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Belle Glade? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
