Starting a business in Belle Meade?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Belle Meade sits at 34.7 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Happy to answer more specific questions..
