Belleair housing prices -when will it stop?

Hi all, It's a a small town city with about 4,350 people. Homes are going for about $642,600 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
