Housing market in Belleview right now

We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 5,569 people. Rent is about $998/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
