Curious what people think. My partner and I are Rent is about $947/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 41,722 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
