Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $87,343 in Bellevue. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Bought a house here in 2021 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Meadowbrook area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The school system is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
