Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 27-year-old restaurant manager and You can expect to pay around $1,202 for rent here. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $230,800, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience?
