Curious what people think. Been living here since 2016. Homes are going for about $230,800 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Bellevue sits at 204.2 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading.
