Housing in Bellevue compared to San Diego

We have two kids and With a population of 8,186, Bellevue is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I work in legal here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is underrated. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
