Commute times in Bellevue — how bad?

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $161,300 in Bellevue. Median household income is $161,300, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,505/month for a decent place. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Old Town area are tough. Kids love it here.
