Working in Bellevue — salaries realistic?

I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 52°F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $2,505/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great sushi places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in West area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
