Bellevue housing prices -when will it stop?

I'm retired and Rent is about $1,083/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I work in tech here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. No regrets on my end..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
