Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $80,750, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $267,700, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
