Hey everyone, I'm single, late 40s, and The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Bellflower? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
