Bellflower is underrated, change my mind

Alright, I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 77,396 people. With a population of 77,396, Bellflower is a smaller city. Median household income is $77,602, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Springfield. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in retail. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Hope this helps!.
