Co-working spaces in Bellflower?

Hey, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $661,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Bellflower sits at 423.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. Household incomes average around $77,602 in Bellflower. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much stable but now it's challenging.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Denver about 1 years ago. The main reasons were weather and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are reasonable, gas is pretty good.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Definitely worth checking out..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it was the best decision I ever made.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
