Should I move to Bellflower or stay in Cleveland?

Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 4 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 77,396 people. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $661,100 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
