Best and worst neighborhoods in Bellingham

Hey, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 92,367 people. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
