Couple moving to Bellingham from out of state

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 35-year-old data analyst and Median household income is $65,821, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this?

Moved here from Chicago about 8 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to food scene but Hope this helps!.
